    Happy with the quote? Approve and pay securely online. Not for you? Pay return postage only — nothing else.

    Same-day repair

    We aim to repair the day we receive it, including a complimentary dust and fan clean.

What does it cost to find out what's wrong?

Nothing. Diagnostics are always free. You only ever pay if you approve the repair quote.

What if I don't go ahead?

You pay return postage only. There is no diagnosis fee and no obligation.

How is my laptop protected in transit?

Both the prepaid inbound label and the return shipment use an insured, tracked service.
