How it works
Book online and choose a Royal Mail Special Delivery tier insured to your laptop's value. Pay securely and we email your prepaid label. Once your laptop arrives we diagnose the fault free of charge and send a clear, itemised quote. Approve it and we carry out the repair - aiming for same-day turnaround - then post your laptop back, fully tracked.
Frequently asked questions
My gaming laptop is overheating - will repasting fix it?
If the CPU or GPU thermal paste has dried out (typical after 2-3 years), repasting drops sustained load temperatures by 10-20°C and stops thermal throttling. We send a before/after temperature report so you can see the difference.
Do you use liquid metal?
On request, yes - for Alienware and high-end gaming laptops where the cooling solution supports it. We use a premium polymer compound by default, which is safer for laptops that get knocked about.
How much does a CPU/GPU repaste cost?
From £75 labour, premium compound included. Liquid metal application carries a small surcharge for the additional prep work.
