Book online and choose a Royal Mail Special Delivery tier insured to your laptop's value. Pay securely and we email your prepaid label. Once your laptop arrives we diagnose the fault free of charge and send a clear, itemised quote. Approve it and we carry out the repair - aiming for same-day turnaround - then post your laptop back, fully tracked.

How much does a laptop keyboard replacement cost?
£50 labour plus the keyboard assembly at cost. The part price depends on your exact model - keyboards differ by model. We send a fixed quote before any work begins.
I spilled a drink - can the keyboard still be saved?
Sometimes. If the liquid was clean water and you powered off immediately, a strip-down and clean may be enough. Sugary or corrosive drinks usually mean a replacement keyboard plus a board inspection. Free diagnostics tell you which.
Just one or two keys are stuck - do I need a whole keyboard?
On modern laptops the keys are integrated into the assembly, so individual key swaps are rarely viable. We can sometimes lift, clean and reseat a key without replacement - we tell you which is realistic after diagnosis.
