How it works
Book online and we'll email a prepaid, insured postage label. Once your laptop arrives we diagnose the fault free of charge and send a clear, itemised quote. Approve it and we carry out the repair — aiming for same-day turnaround — then post your laptop back, tracked. If you decline, you pay return postage only.
