How it works
Book online and choose a Royal Mail Special Delivery tier insured to your laptop's value. Pay securely and we email your prepaid label. Once your laptop arrives we diagnose the fault free of charge and send a clear, itemised quote. Approve it and we carry out the repair - aiming for same-day turnaround - then post your laptop back, fully tracked.

Is WEEE disposal really free?
Drop-in disposal with any paid repair is free. For standalone disposals we quote a small handling fee on request. Either way you get an approved WEEE recycling route and an NCSC-aligned data wipe.
